Mr. Chazanovitz joined Alveolus in 2008 as president and CEO. He has 35 years of experience in the medical device arena and spent 16 years with CR Bard running a number of divisions including founding Bard Interventional Products, Bard’s entrant into interventional gastroenterology. Mr. Chazanovitz founded the Septal Repair business for Nitinol Medical Technologies following the licensing of this technology from CR Bard. From 2000-2006, he was President and CEO of Cambridge Heart, Inc. a public company in the diagnostic cardiology space. He also serves as Chairman of the Board of Inovise Medical. BS in Biology from CCNY and MBA from Long Island University.

Mr. Reid has more than 28 years experience including 18 in the CFO role with eight manufacturing companies covering two Fortune 100 US corporations (FMC & Tenneco), a German parented corporation (Beiersdorf), and five privately held companies. Accomplishments are focused in the areas of cost controlling, treasury management, strategic planning, business process restructuring, systems implementations, and operations finance. MBA and BS (Accounting) Arkansas State University.

Mr. Snider has more than 20 years experience in the medical and healthcare industry. He has extensive experience in Six Sigma, Lean manufacturing, product development, and service methodologies. Most recently he served as Senior Vice President of Operations, Product Development, and Business Excellence at MedSource Technologies--a publicly traded, medical product development and manufacturing company. Mr. Martensen spent 14 years with the Cordis Cardiology Division of J & J – most recently as the Director of Professional Education (KOL Management), Director of Sales Operations, and Director of Sales; he was also heavily involved in the launch of two stent products. Prior to joining Alveolus he served two years as the VP of Sales with B. Braun Medical, Inc. BS (Marketing) Arizona State University.

Mr. Hamilton joined Alveolus in 2003. Prior to Alveolus, he was a qualified lawyer in Scotland, with experience in the areas of contract and corporate law, commercial real estate and work with financial institutions/lenders. Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree (“J.D.” equivalent) and post-graduate Diploma in Legal Practice (Dip.L.P.) from the University of Dundee, Scotland.
