Patrizio Siniscalchi is taking over the management
Patrizio Siniscalchi (36) has been appointed Managing Director of Thermore S.p.a., the specialist for functional padding from Milan, Italy. He is following his father Lucio who has founded the company in 1972 and who will support the management as a consultant in the future.

The main focus of the new managing director will be the international expansion of Thermore which he had already initiated in 2000 when he started developing the markets in the USA, Europe and Asia in his former role as Sales and Marketing Manager. Today Thermore with the group companies Thermore USA Inc. and Thermore Far East Ltd. belong to the leading suppliers of thermal insulation for apparel in the USA and Asia. In Europe a targeted approach to the different markets shall secure additional growth. „I think that it is important to make our extremely high standard of research and development even better known internationally in order to position Thermore as the worldwide leading supplier of high quality thermal insulation.” says Patrizio Siniscalchi. „I believe that in particular thermo-regulating padding and our sustainable products will be decisive for our success.”

Also in the future Thermore will target their products to the fashion and active wear market. With more than 200 articles the specialist is fulfilling all needs of their customers in regards of functional padding. The ability of understanding the customers in their local markets and having a close communication with them is seen as the key success factor in the worldwide activities of the company. „’You have to give the customers what they need.´ That is what my father always told me.” Patrizio Siniscalchi remembers. And he is going one step further.. „We have to be very close to our customers – as if they were our neighbours. But on the other side we offer the know-how that only a multinational company like us can have.”

Patrizio Siniscalchi joined the company in 1992. Even though he grew up with the business he worked in all departments and positions in order to know the company in all details, incl. warehouse and production. Patrizio Siniscalchi is married and has two children.
